PortO’Call ™ utilizes EchoWare® technology enabling any peer-to-peer or
client-server application to utilize a "packet relay server" approach in order to
achieve end-to-end connectivity without adjusting any intervening firewalls,
proxies or NAT'ing routers. Via PortO’Call ™, all the application's data connections
appear to the network as "outgoing" connections to the same TCP port of the
echoServer.

While other forms of firewall and router "hole punching" methods exist, our
approach insures maximum connection reliability at the cost of minimal additional
latency.

PortO’Call ™ is a simple, easy to use software tool that enables us to connect to
your computer. It allows us to either fix, or help you diagnose a problem with
most software or hardware related issues. End user training is also available.

Security: We utilize OpenSSL's 128-bit AES encryption for the end-to-end data
connections. There's a small tradeoff between "data security" and "performance",
but we've worked to optimize that.

Second, Click Here to download the software. Installation is easy. After clicking on
the link, it will bring up a file, asking if you want to run or save the file. Select
"Run" . Another box appears, select run here also. The default PortO'Call program
box appears. Select "OK" to allow Remote Access Help. Another box appears with
disconnect instructions. Select "OK" here. I will now be able to find you and
connect to you. If at any time you wish to disconnect, Right click the tray icon and
